Working with communities

Nature is best protected together with the people who live alongside it. MES works with local communities, farmers and herders on solutions that serve both nature and people.

The programme supports the sustainable use of natural resources, encourages conservation-linked rural development and brings citizens into the decisions that shape their environment.
